borders give your pages a consistent look |

| A shared borders is a region that is common to some or all of the pages in your Web. It may be along any edge of the page ( top, bottom or either side). You use shared borders to position the same content ( for example logo, company banner/ letterhead, copyright notice or contact detail) on multiple pages, to save changing each page individually. It means that you only have to modify content in one place to update all pages. | ||
You can set shared borders defaults for the Web as a whole, and apply individual changes to settings for particular pages, for example turning off shared border on certain pages. |

| 1.) Right click on the page, select Shared Borders. | ||

2.) Select the all pages option. 3.) For example, Select Top and Bottom. 4.) Leave the Right and Left unchecked, and then click OK. |

5.) Highlight the sentences 'Comment This border appear in all pages in your web. Replace this comment with your own content'. and delete it. Then replace this comment with your own content. For example, copy and paste all the hyperlinks text (Home, Company Profile, Products and Contact Us) into shared borders area. |

6.) You can align the text hyperlinks to centre, left or right side. For example, to centre item on the page, a.) Press the Centre button on the Standard toolbar, click Save button and then press the Preview in Browser button have a look. |
